Synopsis

In this scenario, the adventurers are hired by a powerful baron to evict a group of squatters, led by an evil karkion, from his beautiful summer palace. The adventurers are promised a handsome reward for completing this quest, but there may be more to the conflict between the baron and the karkion than meets the eye.
